Your art in the MoMA?

The exhibition uses the virtual space inside the MoMA, which means there's no reason not to host an endless amount of parallel virtual exhibitions.

Either you can send us your work using the form on the right, so will place it on one of the floors.

Or if you have created your work using your own Augmented Reality technique or system, bring it along or place it from a distance, and let us know about your presence, so we can indicate the availability of your art on this exhibition announcement website.

Use the form below to upload 2D digital works or 3D artwork to our server. We wil (try to) convert it to "Layar" AR format, and place it on one of the floors of the MoMA.

Currently, we are processing the recieved submissions and curating/placing the works on the floors. We might be full, but you can easily create another parallel exhibition using dev.layar.com and Hoppala.

Artist name

Email

Info (Title, year)

Format specifications:

3D: model files in Blender or Sketchup format.

Desired floor:

Please max. 3 works each artist

Instead of uploading, you can also bring your own augmented reality art on your own device, implemented using your own application in your own format. Let us know if you intend to contribute a work, we will mention your name in the list of participating artists.

One guideline: the opening is at 4PM, so try to switch it from invisible to virtual at the time of the opening ceremony.

[If form is broken, send to moma[@]sndrv.nl ]

If you are not making it to the MoMA on Saturday, either through a virtual work or personally, an interactive augmented reality installation (preview above) will be positioned in the main hall or outside the building, to let you voice your presence. This giant virtual twitter cartoon callout will be displaying the latest tweets with keywords #moma and #augmented.
